Maximize Your Reach and Attendance
When your audience is spread across the world, choosing a time for your webinar is a critical decision. Picking the wrong time can drastically reduce live attendance.
A Data-Driven Approach:
1. Identify Your Key Markets: Where do most of your target attendees live? Focus on the top 3-5 regions (e.g., North America, Western Europe, India).
2. Use a Time Converter: Add the major time zones for your key markets into our Meeting Time Converter.
3. Find the "Best Fit": Look for a time that is reasonable for the largest number of people. A common strategy is to find a time that is morning in America, afternoon in Europe, and evening in Asia. For example, 11 AM ET is often a good compromise.
4. Offer a Recording: No matter what time you choose, always offer a high-quality recording to those who couldn't attend live.
5. Consider Two Sessions: If you have large, distinct audience blocks (e.g., a big US audience and a big Australian audience), it's often best to host two separate sessions to accommodate both.
